I.A. AWARDS, S.L. guarantees compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, including Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

IHAWARDS.COM may, in some cases, be a joint data controller together with the event promoter/organizer. The identity of the controllers will be provided during the purchase process, as well as the Privacy Policy of the respective organizer.

Recipients of Your Data:
Your personal data may be shared with the event promoter/organizer for event management purposes, such as ticket control, seating arrangements, and event-related notifications since the ultimate goal of ticket purchases is to enjoy the event; for example, managing access control to the venue, resolving any incidents, relocating seats, cancelling events, etc.
Upon request from the company promoting/organizing the event, it may be necessary to provide identification data to comply with legal obligations such as for example, when it is mandatory to issue a ticket or invoice to the user in accordance with applicable regulations.
If you log in via Facebook, the responsible entity for Facebook data processing is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, located at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you access through said social network or click the “like” button on it or on Instagram, the user´s browser will connect to Meta´s servers and said social networks receive the information from the user´s access website, date and time of access, user´s IP address and may store information about said access in the user´s accounts. In any case IHAWARDS.COM has no influence on the plug-ins that collect said information, in which case it is necessary to access said information through the Privacy Policies of said social networks.
If you give a “like” to any other social network, you will be directed to it, and you must always be aware that when entering its browsing space you must take into account its privacy policy.
Occasionally, we are asked for transaction and user information by security forces for investigation purposes, or by judicial or administrative authorities in inspection processes.
Likewise, personal data is provided to IHAWARDS.COM service providers in the context of contracting or subcontracting services such as, for example, payment gateways and financial entities, IT or technology service providers, companies that control access to premises, courier companies, providers of services related to customer service, suppliers and collaborators of services related to marketing and advertising.
