TICKET PURCHASE:

The ticket may only be modified or refunded in case of event cancellation, in accordance with Clause 1.3.According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, no changes or refunds are accepted in other cases.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

No changes or refunds can be made for tickets already purchased.

Cancellations, Suspensions, or Variations in Ticket Conditions

In the event of cancellation or suspension, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase. Remember that for some cards (especially credit cards), the refund may take a few days to appear until the issuing bank processes the necessary update.

It is not responsible for loss, theft or failure to comply with requirements established for access to the event. The holder of the ticket assumes responsibility if it is duplicated, falsified or photocopied, which will be invalidated and the associated rights will be lost.
